Abandon all hope, ye who enter here. Dante Alighieri, Inferno

Drawing inspiration equally from Dante’s Inferno and the nightmarish visions of Hieronymus Bosch, this deeply physical piece reveals a multitude of beings trapped within the dancer’s body. Through striking virtuosity, the performer gives form to their desperate impulses and relentless struggle to rise back to the surface. Each movement becomes an inner rupture: precise, delicate, at times sensual, then suddenly convulsive or violent. Bodies seem to emerge, collide, vanish, and be reborn endlessly through her. In this journey between ascension and collapse, grandeur and decay, Tamara explores the perpetual cycle of destruction and rebirth. The audience witnesses a disturbing, almost schizophrenic transformation in which the body itself becomes a battlefield. Fleeting images surface throughout the performance: power, domination, hierarchy, representation, like fragments buried deep within the collective unconscious. One question ultimately remains: which force will prevail?
