'pulses at soothe' is at the intersection of time, space and body. Rooted in the fleeting yet cyclical existence of the cicada, the piece explores transformation as both a biological and emotional process. Emerging, vibrating, dissolving. Traces of collapse, where stillness holds as much weight as movement. Sound, rhythm, and breath echoing an inner landscape shaped by renewal. It is a meditation on impermanence, where the body becomes both archive and threshold.
A durational performance work will be presented during Extractions on the 26th of September 2026.
